I'm Dr. Susan Davis, DNP, MSN, RN, PMD, and it is an honor to be at a point in my career where I can make a difference by creating a digital space that can potentially reach millions of nurses worldwide. My message promotes courage, confidence, and excellence in life-saving resuscitation practices.
With my extensive experience in the American Heart Association, U.S. hospitals, and rescue programs, I've had the privilege of training over 50,000 American nurses and healthcare professionals in Basic, Advanced, and Pediatric resuscitation response with my team. By working closely with code blue teams and listening to their valuable feedback, I've discovered a better way to improve nurse-empowered resuscitation performance.

That's why I created CodePRep™, a program that provides efficient and effective code blue training for individual nurses, healthcare, and long-term care facilities.
Our mission is to inspire and empower bedside teams to respond with utmost confidence and proficiency, so they can provide the best possible care to their patients. Together, we can become MASTERS OF SAVING LIVES. With CodePRep, we are creating a national network of High-Performance Resuscitation Hospitals that offer continuous code blue team training.

By leading this movement and building a network of CodePRep HIGH-PERFORMANCE RESUSCITATION HOSPITALS, I believe that I can make a significant impact on the healthcare industry and the lives of countless patients and their families.
Mission
My mission is to empower and equip nurses with the necessary knowledge and skills to respond confidently to cardiac arrest situations and save the lives of their patients. Drawing on years of experience working in life-saving situations with resuscitation teams, I recognize the importance of maintaining courage, confidence, and competence in such high-pressure situations.

My objective is to lead a movement for nurses that revitalizes and elevates us both personally and professionally. I am committed to increasing clinical expertise in cardiac arrest response and building a network of CodePRep HIGH-PERFORMANCE RESUSCITATION HOSPITALS throughout the United States and worldwide.

To achieve this mission, I offer my signature programs: CodePRep™ Teams, a continuous performance improvement training, and CodePRep Coach Training. I also lead half-day and full-day onsite workshops that train your CodePRep Coaches and facilitate in-situ Team drill sessions.
